Returns and Refund Policy

At PoshAsYou, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To request a return, customers must contact us within the return period after receiving their order.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included
  • Items must not show signs of use, washing, damage, or alteration
  • Proof of purchase or order number must be provided

All returns are subject to inspection and approval once received.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrect:

  • Earrings, necklace and other jewellery items
  • Bodysuits or similar hygiene-related products, once unsealed
  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Final Sale or Clearance items
  • Damaged or worn products not due to a manufacturing fault

Important: Certain items may not be eligible for standard returns due to product type, hygiene requirements, and safety reasons.

In such cases, returns, replacements, resends, or refunds may be offered for:

  • Damaged items
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect items received

Customers should contact us as soon as possible after delivery with clear photos and order details for review.

All requests are assessed individually by our support team.

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us promptly with:

Once verified, we may offer:

  • A replacement
  • A resend
  • A partial refund

Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the return procedure outlined in this policy.

Once we confirm, we’ll share the return address. Please send the item(s) back using a tracked postal service.
