Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel your order, we’ll do our best to help.

  • Yes, cancellations are possible within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • Once your order has been confirmed and sent to our warehouse for processing, we may not be able to cancel it, as it could already be packed or dispatched.

Cancellation requests must be sent within 24 hours via email or our Raise a Ticket page.

To request an order cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible via:

  • Order number (or screenshot)
  • Reason for cancellation (optional)

Our team will confirm if your order is still eligible for cancellation.

  • If your order has already been dispatched, unfortunately, we cannot cancel it.
  • However, you can still return the item(s) once they arrive. Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.

⚠️ Note: Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If your order is successfully cancelled:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days, but it may take 7–15 working days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • We cannot cancel customised, personalised, final sale, or clearance items.
  • During peak or sale periods, order processing may begin quickly — please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.
