We work with multiple suppliers, each with slightly different return timeframes.

“London Trend” Supplier Products – 14 days
“Smart Choice” Supplier Products – 28 days
“Style Swag” Supplier Products – 28 days
“VA Fashion” Supplier Products – 15 days
⚠️ Important: For items shipped from Fashion Divas (7-day return window), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to ensure we can process your return in time.
We may not be able to accept late return requests for these products.
📦 Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging with tags and any accessories included.
- Hygiene-related items (e.g., lingerie, swimwear, earrings) cannot be returned once opened unless faulty.
- Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
🚫 What Items Are Non-Returnable?
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance
- Personalised or custom items
- Earrings, bodysuits (for hygiene reasons) once unsealed
- Damaged or worn products not due to a manufacturing fault
📦 How to Return an Item
- Raise a ticket or
- Email us at [email protected] with your:
- Order Screenshot(if available then order number)
- Item(s) you’d like to return
- Reason for the return (optional but helpful!)
- Order Screenshot(if available then order number)
- Wait for our confirmation and return address.
- Send the item(s) back using a tracked postal service.
Please note: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
💳 When Will I Get My Refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days
- You’ll receive the refund to your original payment method.
For Style Swag products Items will be refunded once we have received them back in our warehouse and they have been inspected. Please allow up to 10 working days for your parcel to be received. An email will be sent to you once your return has been processed.

We’re so sorry! Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- A clear photo of the item
- A brief explanation of the issue
We’ll arrange a free return or replacement ASAP.
