Return Windows by Brand

Different brands have different return periods. You’ll find the brand name listed below the product title on each product page.

  • Fashion Divas – 7 days
  • London Trend – 14 days
  • Smart Choice – 28 days
  • Style Swag – 28 days
  • VA Fashion – 15 days

⚠️ Important: For Fashion Divas items (7-day return window), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to ensure we can process your return in time. Late requests may not be accepted.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
  • Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., lingerie, swimwear, earrings) cannot be returned once opened unless faulty.
  • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance
  • Personalised or custom items
  • Earrings, bodysuits, or similar hygiene-related products once unsealed
  • Damaged or worn products not due to a manufacturing fault

How to Return an Item

To request a return:

  1. Raise a ticket via our portal: poshasyou.com/raise-a-ticket
    (preferred method for faster processing) OR
  2. Email us at [email protected] with:
    • Order number (or screenshot if available)
    • Item(s) you’d like to return
    • Reason for return (optional but helpful!)

Once we confirm, we’ll share the return address. Please send the item(s) back using a tracked postal service.

Note: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days once we receive and inspect your return.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • For Style Swag products: Refunds will be processed once items reach our warehouse and pass inspection. Please allow up to 10 working days for parcels to be received. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item, we sincerely apologise. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • A clear photo of the item
  • A short description of the issue

We’ll arrange a free return or replacement as quickly as possible.
