How to Place an Order

Shopping with PoshAsYou is simple and secure:

1. Browse our collection and select your preferred item(s) and size.
2. Add items to your Bag.
3. Proceed to Checkout and enter your delivery details.
4. Choose your delivery option.
5. Pay securely using Google Pay or debit/credit card.
6. Receive an order confirmation email with your purchase details.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will also receive tracking information.

Delivery (UK Mainland Only)

We currently ship across the UK Mainland only. Delivery times vary by brand:

Most orders are delivered within 5–15 working days, depending on the brand and your location. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Please note:

• Delivery times do not include weekends or bank holidays.
• During peak seasons, delivery may take slightly longer, but we’ll keep you updated.
• Your items may arrive in separate parcels at no extra cost.

Delivery Charges

• FREE Standard UK Delivery on orders over £50
• £4.99 Flat Fee on orders under £50

Missed or Delayed Delivery

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please:

• Check your tracking link for updates.
• Ask neighbours or check your local delivery office.

Changes & Cancellations

To make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it. After this period, your order may already be processing or dispatched.
