Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we’re unable to amend or cancel it as our team begins processing it straight away. You can, however, return unwanted items once they arrive.

🚚 Delivery & Shipping
Orders are typically delivered within 5–15 business days, depending on the location and your delivery address. You’ll receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom.
Your order may arrive in multiple packages as we have different brands. Don’t worry – you’ll receive tracking updates for each shipment.
Yes – we offer free UK delivery on all orders over £50.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Returns are free for UK orders over £50. For orders under £50, a small £2.99 return fee is deducted from your refund.
Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days. You’ll be notified via email.
We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. Simply return the item and place a new order for the size or colour you want.
