Different brands have different return periods. You’ll find the brand name listed below the product title on each product page.
- Fashion Divas – 7 days
- London Trend – 14 days
- Smart Choice – 28 days
- Style Swag – 28 days
- VA Fashion – 15 days
- Eternal Style – Important return and refund information applies to these items. Please read the Important Notice below before requesting a return.
⚠️ Important: For Eternal Style items, we do not offer general returns. Returns are accepted only in cases of verified quality issues. Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report any issue.
⚠️ Important: For Fashion Divas items (7-day return window), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to ensure we can process your return in time. Late requests may not be accepted.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
- Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., lingerie, swimwear, earrings) cannot be returned once opened unless faulty.
- Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- For Eternal Style items, A return, replacement, or refund will be considered only if all conditions below are met; then we will proceed with your return request; otherwise, the request will be declined.
- The item has a manufacturing defect or quality issue
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Clear images of the product showing the issue are provided
- The product is unused and in its original condition
- If the issue is verified by our team, we will offer:
- A refund, depending on the case
- If the issue cannot be verified, the request will be declined.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance
- Personalised or custom items
- Earrings, bodysuits, or similar hygiene-related products once unsealed
- Damaged or worn products not due to a manufacturing fault
How to Return an Item
To request a return:
- Raise a ticket via our portal: poshasyou.com/raise-a-ticket
(preferred method for faster processing) OR - Email us at [email protected] with:
- Order number (or screenshot if available)
- Item(s) you’d like to return
- Reason for return (optional but helpful!)
Once we confirm, we’ll share the return address. Please send the item(s) back using a tracked postal service.
Note: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days once we receive and inspect your return.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- For Style Swag products: Refunds will be processed once items reach our warehouse and pass inspection. Please allow up to 10 working days for parcels to be received. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item, we sincerely apologise. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- A clear photo of the item
- A short description of the issue
We’ll arrange a free return or replacement as quickly as possible.
